How to Place an Order

Simply find the product that you wish to order, add it to you basket and follow the online instructions for payment via Paypal.



Payment can be made either by Paypal or by Personal Cheque.


What happens if I don’t have account with Paypal

If you do not have account with Paypal – Just click on the ‘I don’t have an account with Paypal’ Section it will then take you through the relevant steps required to complete your transactions.


Is there a minimum order?

Yes, but only on fabrics / linings.  Its a minimum of 1 metre.


I am looking for a certain fabric, can you help?

Please contact us either be email / the contact us form with the details of the fabric and we will endeavour to do our best to help you.  Please ensure you include a contact telephone number should we need to call you and discuss your needs further.


Do you publish a catalogue?

This website is our catalogue, we do not publish a hard copy catalogue due to the cost implications, allowing us to keep the cost of our goods more resonable.


Confirmation of Order

Upon receipt of your order a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order.  If you have any queries regarding your order please email us at, ensuring you quote your customer order number in any correspondance to enable us to answer your enquiry quickly.

At KMC Interior Solutions we want you to be more than happy with your products.  If for any resason you are not completely satsified with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We will be happy to exchange, replace or refund the products providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost in transit.  Please note we cannot be held responsible once fabric has been cut.

In the unlikely event you have a complaint please contact us by email quoting your order number.  We promise our complaints procedure to be fair, confidential and effective.  Our aim is to resolve all complaints within 7 days.
